Under the pressure during this portion are Miss Venezuela Stefania Fernandez (Miss Universe 2009), Miss Domincan Republic Ada Aimee De La Cruz (First Runner-Up), Miss Kosovo Gona Dragusha (Second Runner-Up), Miss Australia Rachael Finch (Third Runner-Up) and Miss Puerto Rico Mayra Matos Perez (Fourth Runner-Up).
